      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against John Hagee Ministries regarding unauthorized monthly deductions from my mothers bank account. My mother, **********************************, is 86 years old, on a limited income, and has been suffering from dementia and other serious health issues for the past two years. Due to her condition, she is no longer capable of handling her own affairs, and I have been granted Power of Attorney (POA) to manage her finances.For the past several YEARS, John Hagee Ministries has been deducting $30.00 every month from my mothers bank account. The last deduction was on August 5. They are deducted every month around the same time. These deductions are creating significant financial hardship, as she needs every available resource to cover the costs of her skilled nursing care.I have contacted John Hagee Ministries on multiple occasions on behalf of my mother, requesting the immediate cancellation of these donations. Despite my efforts, the deductions have continued. This situation is unacceptable, and it is causing undue stress and financial strain on my mother, who cannot afford these continued withdrawals.I am requesting that the BBB intervene in this matter to help resolve this issue. My goal is to ensure that these unauthorized deductions are stopped immediately, and that any future attempts to withdraw funds from my mothers account by ********************** are permanently blocked.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
