    I was in search of of a contractor to do remodeling to my home. I wanted a covered back porch from one end to house to the other. I had researched other businesses and got quotes. I decided to also research the BBB website because I knew in the future I would have ongoing remodeling and wanted a company with *************************** plus quality work. As a previous business owner years ago, I had an A+ rating with BBB and new what it took to achieve it and maintain that rating. My first of many reasons to use ************ with Total Home Improvements was ******************************** They didnt just tell me necessarily what I wanted to hear, but after explaining what I needed, gave me options and reasonings for the best path to choose that would make my remodeling last for many years. I was impressed with the timeline of the job, ******************** I even added an additional job while they were completing the first because of their work ethics. It has been hard in the past to find reliability. Things happen with weather, unforeseen incidents or general obstacles but what really stood out to me was constant communication in status, time arrival and general suggestions. Definitely will do business again in the future and recommend others do too!
