      Daughter came here after a school field trip. A fellow student gave a piece of their chicken quesadilla to my daughter to try. On the first bite she pulled a brown hair out of her food. They reported it to the server, "******". ****** accused the kids of putting the hair in the food. WRONG they did not do something so nasty. They began opening the quesadilla in front of the server and they found another hair. ****** told them that they put it there and that he was not refunding their money. ****** did NOT return their money. My daughter absolutely hated her food. It did not look appealing at all. When it was time to square up her tab her and another student mentioned that they had military discounts. The server "******" when replied, "OH MY GOSH" and kept telling them it's only 10% difference as if it were a problem that they wanted their discount. If it were an adult he wouldn't have spoken like that to them. I know for sure he wouldn't have treated me or my husband in such a manner. Because had he done so we would have had a misunderstanding right were he stood. You DO NOT treat anyone paying good money to eat this nasty looking food like this. You are a server and are serving because clearly you need the money. This is not how you get that money. A lady walked up to my daughter and said let me see your id because she didn't believe that my daughters government issued id was a real id. I called back this evening and a young girl answered and said that they did not have a manager on duty. I said, "How is this possible that you are in a store with no manager on duty"? She said that they aren't serving anyone. I said we have already been served and need a manager. She says, "Ohhhhhh you want a manager"? She then hung up the phone on me. I don't have time for games on an establishment that we pay good money to eat at. I will make sure to tell everyone not to waste their money here. They treated a service members child unfairly and treated her as if she had a fake id.
