    Horrible customer service. The owner is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I came in to get some pants tailored and all I get from the owner was that I needed to hurry up because I was taking up valuable time from her busy schedule. I could not believe an owner of a company would have the audacity to talk down to their customers. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Im on my way to pick up my tailored pants and one of the pant length was shorter than the other. I let her know that the lengths were off and she proceeded to tell me that I do not know what I am was talking about and then walked off. Unfortunately I ended up still paying for a botched job. Never again will I ever step foot in that establishment. VERY RUDE OWNER. BEWARE!

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a very rude owner. I asked for my dress to be hemmed specifically so that it wouldn't touch the floor because I was going to wear it to a dance hall. She charged me nearly $50 for the hem, ($56 with tip) and when I tried it on at home, it was still touching the floor. It honestly looked like there was no work done on the dress. When I brought it back and explained the situation, the owner proceeded to tell me I was wrong because she has 10 years experience and one-inch hem jobs are standard, not even bothering to take my type of dress or situation into account. She did not offer to fix it, even though she did not provide me the service I paid for. She refused to do anything unless I gave her more money.I would give this business zero stars if I could, and I am actually shocked that there are any positive reviews if she treats half of her customers this way. Buyer beware.
