      I recently (on October 22, 2023, at 10:30 AM) visited Go Rio San Antonio Cruises with my family, including my 2-year-old son. During my visit, I encountered a situation that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which I believe was related to my race. The extremely rude and demeaning behavior of one of the boat drivers, **************, severely marred our experience, which shocked and deeply disappointed me.The problem arose when my son began crying because he was excited to board the boat. In response, ************** made a public announcement over the boat's microphone, threatening to remove us from the boat if my son continued to cry. This was done in a very rude and unprofessional manner, even after explaining to him that my son will stop crying once he gets on the boat. and he was only crying to get on the boat.As parents, we understand and empathize with the need to ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers. However, it is impossible to predict when a toddler might cry. Furthermore, the fact that Go Rio San Antonio Cruises charges for tickets for 15-year olds implies that they welcome young children on board. ****************** behavior left us feeling miserable and unwelcome, and we strongly believe that it was entirely uncalled for.We attempted to address this issue with the manager on duty after disembarking, but unfortunately, the manager did not provide any resolution or assistance.This incident tainted our overall experience with Go Rio San Antonio Cruises, and we believe that such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We sincerely hope that Go Rio San Antonio Cruises takes our feedback seriously and ensures a more inclusive, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for all passengers, regardless of their age or background.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with us.  We at ****** Cruises have 110% Guest First policy and we try to accommodate all of our guests.  In an effort to make the tour enjoyable for all of our guests, we do have protocols in place to address any disruptions on the boat including cell phone usage, inebriated guests, and crying children for various reasons.   We apologize that your experience was tainted by how you were addressed and that you were unsatisfied when reaching out to a member of our management team.  We also understand that children are unpredictable and sincerely hope that you reach out to us so that you may receive a full refund and hope that you accept a set of complimentary tickets so that we may a get a chance to make this up to you and your family.  Please reach out to us at ***********************************
