    I registered my child for a 1 week summer camp with San Antonio Surf Soccer Club. I registered and paid $200 online through Got Sport Program Registration on 5/22/22. I received an email from Summer ********** on 5/31/22 stating the camp was cancelled. The organization is confusing. I was notified initially in an email through Summer ********** (not in BBB database) that the camp was cancelled. I was then emailed from Alamo City Youth Soccer Organization (*****, also not in BBB database) that the camp was cancelled and we would receive a refund. When ***** sent the email and receipt for refund, the receipt had a payment terms sentence that stated "Payment of $200 is due at the time of registration...All refunds, if approved, are subject to a $35 processing fee." The camp was cancelled by Surf Soccer (Or Summer **********, or *****? Possibly another issue here of organizations/businesses not being registered as they should?) It is unacceptable customer service and terrible, unfair business practice for the organization to cancel the camp and then withhold the $35. It also appears very scam-like for Surf Soccer to cancel the camp, due to no fault of the participants, and then keep $35 for everyone that paid. I contacted ***** on 7/25/22 and requested a refund of the remaining $35 and have not received a response to date. I would like a complete refund for the camp THEY cancelled; I am still owed $35.
