    Purchased on February 28, 2025 for $155.90 The product didn't work as they stated it would. Tried to contact them via their website form multiple times, as well as via email. No phone number listed on the website. Never received a response back. Their website states they will send a prepaid shipping label to return the product and issue a full refund, which is why we reached out. We couldn't contact them to receive a full refund or a prepaid label, so we shipped the product back ourselves with information included on how to refund us, we spent $41.34 ($17.92 fee for shipping it back to us because it was undeliverable with signature).     I purchased the " ********** box" in May 2024. The subscription is good for 1 year. My app stop working in late July. There is no contact phone number on the website, only email. I have emailed them numerous time stating that my account has "Expired". I am not requesting a refund at this time. I would like for the company to reinstate my account and credit me for the months of lost services. If this is not possible then I would like a refund.

    Streaming service continually lags. No response from them. No customer service numbers support. Just a white wheel spinning

    On 10/27/23 we paid $90 for our annual renewal. On 02/07/24 we ordered a remote for $15 (they charged our credit card on 02/08) and we never received it (so we cannot use our subscription that we already paid for since we dont have a remote for it since ours broke). We contacted them regarding not receiving the remote on 02/26 and we received a reply back asking us what color our remote was and they said they would mail it out that day. We never got it so we contacted them again on 03/01 and 03/08 and did not receive a reply back and never did receive the remote we ordered. We then contacted them again on 03/16 and requested a refund of the $15 plus $90 (for a total of $105) and told them to cancel our subscription. We never got a reply back and we never received the remote.

    I ordered 2 Goat box TV adapters to use in my new home in July 2022. They were delivered to me on August 6,2022. I Emailed the company 3 times about returning them because I cannot get WIFI service at my home to use the adapters. I sent them back via *** tracking number #1ZY764260306536409 They received Sept 3,2022 and I was never refunded. They do not respond to my Emails about refunding back to my credit card.
