      I would not even give these folks one star. We bought a trailer from them at the end of 2024. When we picked up the trailer in the start of 2025 we had it all of one day when the in line water heater busted, we returned and had it replaced. During the purchase process we were told that a small equipment replacements could be mailed to us and we could get them replaced. With in the nest two months I had to replace the water pump which stated that it had a nine month warranty on it, due to the fact that I had set *** going on and did not have time to take this trailer three hours back to *********. Now the air unit has gone out and I was extremely irritated when I called I said some things I shouldnt have and when they returned my call I was told that they would not talk to me that I would not be addressed until I gave a written apology was made. I did make a verbal apology which was not acceptable to them. I then asked for the corporate phone number and was sent a link by text with a messaged that had the corporate link and was told that it would be referred back to their customer service and would not be addressed until I submitted a written apology. I do not recommend anyone by trailers from The *** Trailers

      Terrible customer service, they don't have voicemail so you cant even leave a message. They ignore YOUR problem once they get paid, even though it's THEIR problem. They wanted me to take a video of the HOT OIL SPEWING OUT OF the ****** showing that it was really leaking... Under warranty!! LOL
