Nothing but amazing words to say about ************************* wife and I were planning a trip to ****** (***** and ******), and I was worried about what/when/how to do everything since Id never been overseas before. But Unplugged took care of everything! She booked multiples flights/trains for us, found activities, reserved hotels, etc. We had a lot planned for 2+ weeks, and it all went so incredibly smooth thanks to her amazing scheduling! I also appreciated the planning process leading up to the trip. She gave us multiple options for what to do and when, so it still felt like our trip. Ill definitely be booking trips in the future with Unplugged!

We have booked 4 trips with Unplugged Concepts so far. We have booked a cruise with Royal Caribbean with them, flights and hotel to ******* to see our son, the ********** in ****** for SXSW, and a flight for our daughter. Every single trip has been flawless. ******* ****** is our travel advocate, and she has been really awesome helping us get quotes quickly. Ive been a client of Unplugged Concepts for 3years now , and their service is always outstanding. From hassle-free family vacations to last-minute plans, they handle everything seamlessly. I also love that there is always someone to answer my callno automated systems, just real people ready to help.Recently, I had a family emergency and needed to fly to ****** immediately. I called them at 11PM, and by noon the next day, I was on a 10-hour flight. By the time I landed, my rental car and ****** were already booked and ready.Their speed, professionalism, and genuine care are unmatched. They definitely make travel effortless. Very nice staff. All very helpful. ***** and ****** are friendly and always seem to he there for you. ***** is my travel advocate and he's wonderful! If I'm in a panic, and need something at last minute, ***** is calm and gets it done. He's amazing y. I highly recommend Unplugged Concepts!Unplugged Concepts

5 starsAt the orientation meeting with my wife, I was initially wary due to a negative experience with a similar program in the past. However, my apprehension quickly faded after speaking with ****. Despite asking many questions in various ways, **** was able to answer them all consistently and with different phrasing. ****, who was also present, further reassured us about the program's worth.Ultimately, we decided to invest in the program and were glad we did. **** explained the program and the next steps, which were executed flawlessly by Unplugged Concepts without ** having to follow up.When ******* presented ** with our travel itinerary, we were pleasantly surprised by the savings compared to our original plans. The standout aspect, however, was the impeccable customer service we received from the likes of ****, ****, and *******. Their dedication to providing unparalleled service sets a high standard for other agencies to follow. After my husband discovered that the vacation he had booked for ** was missing our flights, I was angry and frustrated. However, ******* was quick to respond and willing to help. 5 starsSeveral years ago, I became a member of Unplugged Concepts due to the difficulty I experienced getting my children to the **. The last time I attempted it, I spent a ton of money and had intense stress. **** from Unplugged Concepts promised they could do better, and though they were unable to save me as much as I had hoped, it was not for lack of effort. It was almost impossible to find a flight given the complex situation. ******** worked tirelessly, even on Sundays, to find a solution and finally secured tickets. Although the cost was still high, Unplugged Concepts was able to reduce the cost by over $1000.
