They have been installing ****** fiber in my neighborhood causing back *** due to the work. This morning woke up to my car being gone. As I looked on my camera. They towed my car without my consent to another area. When speaking with the individual in charge, he said he rang the doorbell several times. When I asked him why no signs were put out stating NO PARKING. His response was that there was a sign. The sign he spoke about was only 1 sign and it was four houses away from where I ********** I have to inspect my vehicle to see if any damage was done to it by the tow truck which will be a pain if a claim has to be placed.

Unfortunately without the claimants home address, I am unable to provide proof that a No Parking sign was placed. I would also be able to prove that a door tag was placed that would have alerted the residents that we were doing work in the neighborhood. The City allows us to safely tow vehicles that our in our way. We install critical communications infrastructure that connect people across the world. We are a utility contractor and our men and women earn their living working vigorously in the field to ensure that our work is quality and that the community benefits from our footprint. We place informational door hangers prior to the commencement of work, we attend HOA meetings if permitted to do so, we have utility permits from the City authoring our work and our presence. We place no parking signed on every street we work on 48 hours before we work on that aide or the street. We document the signs and the door hangers using an interactive map function. We knock on doors the day of construction to make a final attempt to request the resident move the vehicle. Otherwise we safely tow the vehicle from its location to a temporary location clear of the worksite and at the conclusion of the day, we have it towed back. There is a manager onsite all day to field questions or concerns from inquiring residents. There is also a sign at the entry to the work site that has our companys information on it. I assume thats how the resident got our companys info. She could have called the company and we would have happily assisted her! We are local. We serve the community. Im so disappointed to read of a resident's dissatisfaction. We hire a professional company to move the vehicles and I can assure you they do not cause damage to the vehicles. The towing company takes before and after photos of all sides of the vehicles they are moving, which are time stamped and geo coded. Im super available to help with further inquiries and alleviating any dissatisfaction  Thank you!

BComm installed fiber optic cable in front of my house in December 2019 to January 2020 via horizontal drilling. During the drilling process, their auger hit my water meter supply line and caused a water leak. Shortly after damaging my water line, they took nearly a month off for Christmas break without fixing my water leak. I didn't notice the leak until I received my water bills. The leak caused an increased water usage of ****** gallons during the approximate 3 week period before it was repaired. The leak also caused damage to my brick pavers that overlaid the damaged plumbing line. I contacted BComm and spoke with the owner, and he acknowledged that his crew damaged my water line and assured me that they would pay for all damages. They mobilized back on site a few weeks later and completed their fiber optic install and did not pay for any of the damages. The owner told me to stop calling their office. I was left with paying two high water bills, being stuck with higher sewer/water fees for the following year as a result of the massive water leak, paying a plumber to fix the plumbing leak, and I still have the damaged brick pavers. ***** reached out to me nearly 3 years later and promised to make things right with me because I left their company a poor review on their website. BComm sent out their safety director to investigate the situation, and I provided him with everything he asked for including several 3-year old water bills. He promised that they would make things right with me. Five weeks after i submitted everything, they will not respond to any of messages/calls/texts/etc. when I follow up. BComm has proven to at least be very consistent with not keeping their word.
