I contacted **** on May 9, 2023 and scheduled an appointment May 10, 2023. The entire appointment was over text messages and lasted 15 min. **** reviewed my entire online health record and immediately found medical documentation that required an initial claim or increase. Within days I was contacted by the VA for several medical appointments. As time passed I periodically checked my VA app and saw things moving smoothly. I checked today on Aug 16 2023 and noticed I was increased to 100%. I never thought I was worthy but gave it a shot. **** was prompt, compassionate and diligent . I 100% recommend A-1 VA Ratings!

A-1 VA ratings increased my rating from 30% to 60%. Whenever I had questions I received a prompt response and that was very helpful to me. The process was pretty fast and straightforward for me, I am grateful! Thank you guys very muchA-1 VA Ratings
