      On July 13 I been charge for the previous bill that never existed, I already pay off everything at the front when check out my pet on June 13, but when I bring my pet back in for visits at check out I been told I own money for previous bill that been already pay off on June 13

      ******************* presented with his dog Ninja on 6/6/2023 for an annual exam, vaccinations and a castration.  The invoice for all of those procedures was posted. ************ then requested 2 doses of heartworm prevention and flea control for each of his 2 pets.  A second invoice was created totaling $130.80, but never posted.  ************ paid for the first invoice on 6/62023 totally $1036.45.    On 6/6/2023 he left the office with his doses of heartworm prevention and flea control.  At end of month the second invoice was found to be open and it was closed.  A statement was sent and owner was notified of balance due.  He returned to the office on 7/13/2023 with Ninja.   Veterinary services were rendered totaling  $148.80.  The new total balance due was $279.60.  ************ paid it in full, but was upset regarding the previous balance.  He admits to having taken the product, but is requesting a refund due to the fact the billing invoice was not closed on and invoiced to him on 6/6/2023.  We have apologized multiple times for the mistake, but he has not been very rude to multiple staff members who have tried to explain the situation.
