      Unfortunately, I hired Surefire for bartending and serving at my wedding, June 2022. One out of the two contracted bartenders showed up 1.5 hours late without bar tools to do the job. He left to get tools, returned without tools, then after refusing to bartend, he left taking the bar ice with him.One out of the two contracted servers left after 30 minutes on site.Our wedding coordinator called the owner, *****, who we contracted with, when staff wasn't showing up. His response was that there was nothing he could do because he lives in ******.The staff that showed up and stayed for the event did not know how to bartend. They also told our wedding coordinators AND our wedding guests that they hadn't been paid by the company in over a month.At the point in the evening where the ** prompted all guests to grab a drink for toasts, BOTH bartenders left with no one tending the bar for 30 minutes.***** incorrectly contracted the amount of ice needed for the event to keep drink chilling ice and serving drink ice separate. The ice was used for both--not sanitary. We ran out of ice before the end of the wedding.Sharing this with the intention to warn others. No one deserves this lack of professionalism and service on their wedding day. Our biggest regret is hiring Surefire Event Staffing for our wedding.
