    We called the water softener nerds after neighbors posted about them on our community ******** page. Our neighbors gave them rave reviews. They praised their quality of experience and service. We, too, were incredibly pleased with the level of service. The professional that came out was ****. Communication with **** was very timely. Anytime my husband texted him, he would respond promptly. We had our old water softener removed and installed a new one. In addition, we had an under the sink unit installed. **** tested the water various times throughout the install and thoroughly explained functions of our system. He far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend The Water Softener Nerds.

    My water feels soft and tastes great! **** was just AMAZING! He was super flexible with scheduling and his workmanship is the best. He kept me up-to-date on the process and did an absolutely fantastic job with the installation. He even tested the water to make sure that the system was working. I highly recommend this company if youre looking to get a water softener and reverse osmosis.

    This company is what other water softener companies should base theirs on! **** was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He installed both a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water, and we couldn't be happier with the results.     The quality of the job that was done by **** is top-notch as compared to other water softener system setups. He walked me through every inch of the process and gave me good tips on how to get the best out of the system. It is hard to come across candid and honest businesses like theirs

    I purchased my softener through this company and have had excellent service. I contacted **** with an issue I was having and he was able to come to my house and fix it within 48 hours. Then I had a slight leak on a filter and he was able to come over again within 48 hours (it was not an emergency). **** is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend his company for a water softener.
