      $65 11/10/23 The business tried to charge me 200% more than the highest price if I was to pay for the part myself from the same location. Lied to me about where the part was purchased with an OReily receipt in hand directly from her vehicle. Then they continued to install the part after they said they would not and said they wanted to charge me. Then they charged me another lower price point after removing the part.

      The customer was informed prior to scheduling his appointment that we would charge a $65.00 diagnostic fee to determine the issue with his door window not rolling up. We diagnosed it and gave him a quote on parts and labor. He agreed to the price, and we picked up the part in question. Upon returning to the shop, our technique began installing the part. At this time, the customer requests that we show him the receipt for the purchase of the part. We declined to show him; he became upset and declined to continue with the installation. By this time, the part had already been installed, so we offered a discounted rate. He declined, and we removed the part. The customer paid his diagnosis fee and left.
