      Total fraud. Charged my card for coaching that I did not sign up for. Refused a refund. Would not provide a customer service number to speak to a representative. Online only. Will be disputing with my bank as I did not authorize these fraudulent charges.

      This place is a SCAM!! They rope you in with a free 1-week membership, don't give you any details about that membership, and then they will charge you almost $300 for some annual membership if you don't cancel on time within the ***** No reminder emails. No communications. The app and videos are mediocre at best. Your better off watching ******* videos for free or actually investing in a studio that offers quality classes. STAY AWAY FROM GLO

      Ive been trying to contact customer support about *********************** new privacy policy that was updated and no one has been able to help me. The phone number provided on the privacy policy is not working and the email is also getting bounced back. Theres absolutely zero customer support.
