- SATISFACTION GUARANTEE...If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within ten (10) days "no questions asked", for a credit or full refund. Follow the following steps:
* Call or e-mail for return authorization number. Do NOT return until you receive the number.
* Return the item(s) in the original shipping box with invoice.
* Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (with appropriate insurance) using appropriate carrier pre-paid and insured.
* Items returned and damaged in "return shipment" are not accepted.
* There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on returned items plus the original shipping as applicable.
* If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
* Once authorization for return is given, items must be returned within 15 days, or the terms and conditions stated herein are no longer valid and return will NOT be accepted. No refund or credit will be given. No exceptions.
