They continue to lie to me and mock me over the phone. Then he claimed to call me multiple times which is not true. He canceled my order because he said I gave him the wrong address which is also not true because I printed the invoice and all the information I gave him was correct. He refuses to give me a refund but tells me he already did which is also untrue because there is no credit on my bank statement.

    Placed an order November 18,2022 for Half Cord of Firewood For Delivery PLUS (Free Wood Cover and Log Holder) at a cost of $425.00. Delivery was promised within 3 business days. It has been nearly a month since the order was placed and I have not been able to get ahold of anybody at cowboys firewood to discuss my order or schedule a delivery. All calls go straight to voicemail and all texts and emails go unanswered.
