Extremely long story short this company was at my house to repo a tractor my kids dad was hiding (I found out it was being hidden at my house I told them where to come get it). In the process I asked the guy who was there if he wanted to make a deal on the forklift attachment and a bunch of other stuff I had bought. They said no just whats on the repo list. Ok whatever. I had to get back to work so I left him at my house to finish loading everything (BIG MISTAKE). Fast forward a week and Im talking to one of my customers about all these attachments I have and he wanted pictures of the forks so when I got home I went to the barn and theyre gone. Checked the cameras and the repo guy took them. I immediately called this company and they put the owner mark ********************** on the phone he said he saw the day they got there (OK WHY NOT CALL ME AND SAY SORRY?) . I said they can be returned where **** took them from or pay me for them. He said hed buy them for $500, I agreed and said send the check to the address yall picked the tractor up. Fast forward an entire month Im closing my books for last month and one of my accounts is NEGATIVE $500. THEY STOPPED PAYMENT ON THE CHECK AND NOW IF I WANT MY FORKS BACK I CAN DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO SEGUIN or theyll sit there until I go get them!?!?!? No wonder their reviews are horrible.

First of all, we were hired by DLL Financial to pick up the equipment.  We had no intention of taking anything not listed.  However, ********* were attached to the machine and we just missed it.  There was an attempt to sell us ********* made by her.  We mailed a check and all was settled.  Then, her husband called and made it clear that ********* were not hers to sell.  We followed through with a call to DLL and the invoices were in his name.  We were informed she had no right to sell the equipment.  We were told to cancel the check and would be contacted by her husband or a DLL representative.  The Representative contacted them and made it clear that whatever happened moving forward, DLL had to be involved in all communication.  If, an authorized agent of the equipment contacted him, we could move forward to settle the issue.  They could pick up the equipment (with him present or we could buy ********* from an authorized person.

I am rejecting this response because:
While the gentleman was at my house picking up the tractor and trailer we had conversations about ********* being on the tractor and I advised where to set them. The gentleman did not do so instead he left with them.

********* along with other attachments were purchased by me in cash with my name attached to the receipt, I advised everyone of that.

I also advised my EX husband is a 26 year old toddler who will scream and say whatever he wants to get his way. These forks can either be purchased or returned to my house where they were picked up from.

    Regards,
