    Received a temporary license plate from the *** and at first was offered by a service member to put plate on the car. Afterwards, they came back to say that it cant be installed because it temp tag shows up as my old ************ would be against the law. After I informed them, the plate is for my current vehicle and was transferred today they insisted on refusing to install plate due to corporate policy. When I asked for a copy of corporate policy, they bashfully admitted there was none on the matter but they are not willing to install the temp tag. I told them, after showing my *** receipt, Texas law regarding temp tags ( Texas Transportation Code Chapter 503) and having a representative from the *** verify the validity of tag, that they are fine to install it but they refused arbitrarily. At this point, I informed them that I dont understand the hesitancy but to please put in writing why they refused service because otherwise it appears to be discrimination. They wouldnt oblige. Fortunately, another Benz location performed the service for me with no issue but I filed a police report for discrimination and am alerting the proper channels about this matter to avoid having someone less fortunate than myself deal with discrimination of a similar or more egregious nature from this location.

    Used their service ***** many times and have had great experiences. They were prompt and accurate with their cost. They gave me updates continually throughout the repair process and were timely with their execution. Great overall experience.

    Have taken my GLC300 in several times about airbag malfunction and front brake assist not working correctly. Problem has yet to be resolved and they continue to release the vehicle to me. It has been in the shop 5 times for a total of about three months. Corporate has a case number and has gotten involved in trying to resolve.
