    Took my audi a5 to replace the complete motor with a low mileage used motor. They insisted on using their supplier so that if anything was wrong with it it would be covered by warranty. I asked if they would do the motor mounts with it and they said yes. I got my car back and the motor mounts were not done. The car unsafely sprays oil out of the engine.They did not do a complete motor change they only changed the motor itself. The motor shakes worse than before. I took it back for them to fix it and they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing. I was told that it's an audi like I should expect it to have these issues. Not to mention they also broke my fog light off and threw it in my trunk and didn't say a word.They told me that it's an audi used engine and who knows the quality of them and said I'd have to pay to get it fixed.After already over paying for what they did and they ever charged for a radiator I didn't approve of and actually said don't do.

    Sherman Tire and Service, owned by *********************, managed by ***********************, replaced the a/c compressor, clutch and coil in my car on 04/21/2022. Three A/Cs later it has been determined that it was because they added the wrong oil, contaminating the entire A/C system, that I had to pay ************************************************ to replace the rest of the parts involved in the a/c system. A technician (name tag on his work shirt said Peeps) and customer ********************** representative (*****) with Sherman Tire and Service both admitted that they added the wrong. ****************************************************** replaced the a/c on 03/13/2023 and again on 08/25/2023 and are the ones that were able to determine that the wrong oil being used was the cause of the previous A/Cs to fail. I have tried numerous attempts to recover the moneyI spent on 08/25/2023 to no avail.

    I agreed to take my vehicle to this business for repairs that are to be covered under the warranty provided by Carshield, and managed by ********************. I dropped my vehicle off on July 17th and have had to call the repair shop on several occasions to check the status, or to get information for the warranty company. I have been contacted by the warranty company 3 times in the last 2 weeks, saying they are waiting on test results. I have contacted the repair shop and advised them of the test results needed, and they have yet to provide the needed information.

    1st date was 7-21-2021Took my car In for front and rear brakes and also
    ,told them I wanted ceramic brakes(which I didn't get) and asked if they was expert on mercedes,answer yes.They said brakes came with rotors so I asked again ceramic and they confirmed. Then a young man said I needed a new tire on front driver side because it had a bubble or? ,I said ok amount $ 1097.79 total.. When I picked up my car it immediately had brakes not functioning and severe shaking when I turned left . Took back they said had to get a brake sensor that they forgot $23.50 on 7/28/21. Took car again still same problem.on 10/27/21 they said rotors was damaged so they replaced only the front ones which was covered under warranty. Again the problem was still there so back to shop. Now I was told I needed wheel bearings so 11/5/21 Another bill for $685.25. Still had same problems so I finally took it to a different garage they refinish and resurfaced front rotors I contacted John (owner) said he would pay the 366.59 cause under warranty. He hashed repeatedly and will not answer my calls now it's going on 3mths or more. He stated the check was coming from warranty company, but today's date I've received nothing.. Still had problems which was becoming dangerous so I took my car to straightline in denison and they discovered the tire they supposedly put on my car was warped and had to put a new set of tires and THE PROBLEM DISAPPEARED..SO THEY OWE ME an ADDT $209 FOR TIRES US $120 I SPENT ON THE 4 TRIPS TO Their shop and truly I don't believe they even changed the tire excuse they said it had a bubble on it that's why I needed a new one. I haven't had a car I could drive except in town and now they accept no responsibility. So incompetent, rude,unprofessional company I've ever dealt with so iexpect reimbursement .But I have emails I sent to John with no replies,if I call they always say he's with a customer or not available.I need help resolving this..
