    I purchased an Assure Extended warranty through Boaz Air in 2019. The warranty was for parts & labor for my HVAC. Last year, I called to get service and I was told they no longer service residential . I was referred by them to Airmax-they will not accept the labor part of the warranty. I believe Boaz air should work with me since I purchased through them. It is not right to drop a Customer who purchased the warranty through them. I had to pay out of pocket for labor repair which is not right. I want to be reimbursed for the Labor portion of the warranty I paid for.
