I have been dealing with Aspen Dental since June 2024. When I would go to Aspen Dental for service they would provide an amount for service and what my cost would be. On or about October 2024, I received a statement from Aspen with a balance due. I immediately contacted the office Manager in the ******* office and was told to ignore because they were still waiting for insurance. I received another statement in November 2024 and I contacted the billing office and relayed the conversation with the ******* Office Manager and was told I would need that in writing from the ******* Office. I contacted the ******* Office Manager and was told they would take care of it. In the interim I had 2 cleanings prior to EACH cleaning I advised that I didnt want any treatments not covered by insurance, however that was, obviously ignored and the bill continues to grow. The billing office says that the ******* office needs to contact them and the ******* office tells me to ignore the bills. The last issue is that I had to pay, up front, for my permanent partial (which I did) and now I am being told that this money was applied to their balance and I still owe for the partial. I have tried many times (verbal and written) to get adjustment but I am hitting a brick wall. I have attached the written conversations I have had.I have documentation of conversations that I did not attach

I came in for an introductory exam with insurance and paid a $15 copay for the exam and xrays without any procedures done. Now for the past 3 months I've received a bill requesting $256 for my visit, with the last threatening to get a collections service involved. I've called their office each time i received these incorrect statements to which they replied that they would expunge the mistake and that i should ignore it. I don't like that my credit may be affected by their poor business practices and customer service, so i please ask for your assistance in this matter.

I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. They got back to me via email and showed that the balance was removed.

I trustingly went to Aspen Dental for services. They pushed a variety of things that they knew insurance wouldnt pay for. Furthermore they stuck me with a dentist that wasnt considered to be in my plan network. Now Im $8,000 in debt and suffering all because they want every cent they can squeeze out of someone without a care for disability or limited income.

I got billed $651.00. I have dental insurance through ********. I have receipts, for 2 cleaning kits, and where I paid my 50% for deep cleaning, and obiously, they just lost my receipts, or never filled my claims. They are coming back a year later and telling me I owe $651.00 for things I already paid for, and they won't answer the phones.

Unfortunately I was lied to about the cost. I used my insurance and paid too, they assured me I wouldnt owe anything else as I asked several times because I got a retainer until I got my crown. They assured me again I would not owe. Only to get a bill for $521! I was lied to by the office manager too. I still have the voicemail saved. Once I complained she said shed let me know, I called 2 weeks later still nothing. Finally got the voicemail a month later. Nothing resolved. They lie to make people pay for services they know they will bill you for. I also said I was unhappy about a crown I had previously there and didnt want the abutment showing but of course it is just like the one I am unhappy about. How do they get by with these type of services when you pay so much to have a nice healthy smile!Totally unacceptable!
