    I recently hired allens tree service to cut some limbs from a large tree by my house to prevent storms from knocking them into my house. Well during the process they dropped a limb into my bedroom ceiling coming all the way thru the roof. We had an oral agreement of $400 wich i paid him. He said some guy would be back the next day to fix the roof. Guy shows up puts some half in plywood on it in a very sloppy manner not even covering the hole. So I messaged him said you need to come repair this and need your insurance information wich he ignored. Then one day he showed up saying stop blowing up his phone i said well you need to respond then. And then he said he would personally come fix it wich he never did. Now rain is coming and i still have a hole in my roof. Contractor I called perez roofing says it will cost $2000 because it broke the rafters. There is serious structural damage to my house. I have no homeowners insurance but they should fix this not me. But he will not respond just ignores all my calls and texts!
