We had a terrible experience on 5/26/24 with the management team employee Daniel.. I am also trying to get in contact with the CEO of Sand Rose . We were treated poorly as well as my reservation was cancelled because of a miscommunication from Daniel whom originally had confirmed Sunday afternoon with a confirmation code he provided. While I made the transaction over the phone Sunday morning because I was having issues paying booking.com on my app I decided to call Resort and make payment over the phone. Where i was told by Laylani who took payment and told me it was paid and settled.
However, I mentioned I called Sunday afternoon to confirm with higher authority Daniel and received a confirmation number. Upon arriving early evening was told my reservation was cancelled. To top it off, Daniel was very inconsiderate, loud also didn’t want to acknowledge his mistake. Was trying to brush us off. For he blamed it on booking.com. Where I have the email of proof showing reservation didn’t get cancelled until 6:32pm, Where I originally made the payment over the phone with Laylani at 10:01am.
Reason I called back Sunday afternoon because I mentioned to Daniel I was receiving emails from booking.com where I had him on speaker, who also heard him say to “disregard” those notifications, not to worry, it was confirmed and even provided me with a confirmation number at that time.
Which was Sunday between 11am-12pm I took his word for it. Didn’t worry about anything until we arrived Sunday early evening just to get told it was canceled by Elizabeth another rude receptionist who also was bold and pretty much didn’t try to hear my story out.
Daniel immediately was also not very accommodating and very rude. Threatened to call security as well. Where I told him of course I was upset. He didn’t like the fact that his mistake was being brought upon. If there is no reprimanding with Daniel as well Elizabeth. Please review this business as Daniel might be a Fraud
