      I've been donating here for about 3 months. 8/10/24. I have an allergy to latex and Iodine. Latex is worse than iodine. The facility knows this and since the first incident they make sure to always ask me and use the right things. The first incident a female was hanging over someone shoulder telling them how she felt he should do his job which inadvertently caused him to grab the Iodine instead of the alcohol. It burned it was removed I was fine it just burned for 2 days nothing to get anyone in trouble over.Today someone new to me unhooked me as my attention was on my son.I didn't watch the wrap that was placed on my arm. I wear a cardigan all summer due to the sun so I didn't notice anything until I began to get hot and sweat a bit. I started burning and itching all over my forearm. I removed the wrap and it immediately got worse. Not sure what was causing it I tried calling to the facility no answer. Since I was still out I drove by. I asked what was the blue wrap because I'm itching and burning. I was told latex but not only that,the female actually told me: you should have told them you were allergic to latex... She said this as I stood there trying to scratch my skin off and sweating. She blamed me for their negligence. Once I mentioned in the beginning those are my allergies it should have been posted everywhere on my file so no mistakes would happen or just stop using latex all together.I was out of epipens I used my last one when I had the iodine incident and didn't go pick up my new ones from the pharmacy so I just popped some benadryl and headed to urgent care. As of now my arm is very dark and swollen it also keeps feeling like prickles all over . That will happen for a couple days It itches all up my neck and the shoulder blade area.The itching and burning was so bad I couldn't find my phone to call for help I drove with my hazards on through lights because I was starting to panic as the itching moved across my face and chest. I need to report this

      Now I been donating for past 5months contiusly and I didn't receive my extra 20 for donating more times in June for MAY 2024 I needed this bonus and keep getting the run around which I don't appreciate at all we do what you ask and you still don't pay smh that's not Fair at all my name *************** now please give me my extra 20 and I am not referring to JULY extra 20 I donated 7 times in May and 8times in June

      I was deferred, due to having a gun clip in my pocket. I didn't have a firearm, I just forgot having another clip in my possession. The manager that deferred me, was being vindictive towards me due to personal situations off the premises. She's best friends with some enemies of mine from my neighborhood. The manager at the time was the only freedom plasma employee, that was being intentionally vindictive every time I arrived. Now i'm not allowed to donate at immunotek because of a manager hold she placed on me.
