This is the management company for Crest Oasis in ****** *****. I was charged $167 for a deep carpet cleaning when I moved out. The apartment was so dirty and stinky when I moved in that I had 2 trash bags full and a vacuum cleaner that was half full with dirt coming from the carpet. The apartment manager was very unprofessional with her responses to the point we had to get the management company involved. There were so many health violations with roaches, leeches coming from the carpet and rodents. Pipes coming from the ceiling dripping yellow water and water dripping from the air conditioning unit that never got fixed. So many things were wrong. I left the apartment cleaner than I received it when I moved out. After speaking with the office staff at the apartment I was told to contact the management company. She advised me they had pictures of my carpet and it had black stains and spots everywhere. The pictures they emailed me were taken with a gray lens which made the pictures and my carpet look gray and black in all the pictures except 1 of the kitchen nook. I advised the shaded areas were shadows in the pictures and footprints you could see because of the quality of the pictures. I even sent proof of my video at move out. My carpet is brown so theres no question the photos were horrible. I requested help and for the management company to review the video and compare it against the photos maintenance took. I have been ignored like me as a consumer doesnt have the right to dispute the charge. Upon checking the ****** reviews this seems to be a pattern of horrible service and theft of deposits. The property manager nor the managing company seems to care to correct the issues or treat the customer fairly. They are stealing from their customers and thats illegal and they are scum lords. Someone needs to investigate the management company and inspect the property for code violations. I will spread the word for no one to do business with them.
