      We are renting a house from PMI Premier. Our lease started on 02/16/24. We had to push the move in date back a week because they failed to walk through the house before leasing it to us and it was filthy. The previous owner had a dog and there was urine all over the house including the carpet in three bedrooms, the walls and the tile flooring. The house was also still dirty from the previous tenant and had not been swept, wiped down cleaned in any way. There were still bugs all over the house and in the light fixtures/window ***** etc. We did not get reimbursed for the days that we had to wait to move in for them to hire a cleaning crew to actually get the house move in ready. We also shared a list of things wrong with the house on 03/04/24 and only half of the things have been repaired. On 03/31/24 we woke up to termites building mounds through our living room wall about 4 feet up and they wall underneath completely rippled with water damage. We want to move out and have a clean break with our depsit, week in February and the prorate for ***** when we move out to be refunded back to us.
