    On 6/30/24 I processed a transfer for $200 to Squeaky Clean Windows (posted 7/1/24) as a down payment for two window replacements. I was told that after down payment was received, it would take approximately 2 weeks for the windows to be made. When the window installation was completed, the remaining balance would be due. Two weeks after I sent the down payment, I called asking for an update on my order. I was told that he would have to check with his "guy" and he would call me back. I never received a call back. I did this every two weeks for two months. On one occasion I was told to text him my name and address and he would call back. I did not receive a call. The business did not returned any of my calls when I requested an update about my order. I finally began asking for a refund of my payment since it seemed clear that my order would not be completed. I also emailed proof that I sent the business the down payment and I still did not get a response. I have requested a refund by text and by email and have not received any response from the business.

    On January 12, Squeaky Clean cleaned 44 of the windows on my home. We repeatedly told him they were ******** windows and not to use any chemicals. The man cleaning the windows used something that damaged 10 of the windows. When I reached out to Squeaky Clean, ***** said they didn't damage our windows. He refused to come and look and refused to give me his company insurance information. He hangs up the phone and refuses to talk to me. I want the windows replaced and need to file on his insurance.

    ********************* took $800 from me for a deposit on replacement windows. He did not replaced them and told me on April 2, 2024 he would reimburse me and still has not (4/11/2024). When calling, I get screamed at for wanting my money back. He has claimed the window company was closed on a Friday so he could not give me a repair date. This has been on going through texts and phone calls.

    Tried to cancel installation of 17 window springs 2 days after writing check for $1250 down payment and owner, ****************, said could not refund due to mfg in CA stating they would not refund. They only had my money for TWO DAYS, springs had not been made yet. What happened to 3 day law in *****? Now he is keeping my $1250! I am a senior and need my money back.
