    The manufacturer suggested Appliance Repair Today to fix the cooling unit in my wine cellar. Lucas pronounced my unit was good, just needed a capacitor. Interestingly enough, he never checked to see if there was any freon in the system or to see if the compressor actually worked. After he finished, I reinstalled the unit and checked to see if it was cooling, it was not. I called the office and advised them that he had not fixed anything, after charging $297 and that he had left his pressure gauges behind. They said he would be out in two days. He never showed up. That is when I read all of his negative reviews, and my experience with him mimics all of their complaints, not fixing what he was supposed to fix, not show up for follow up appointments, and not refunding promised funds for noncompliance of work.
    I would not recommend this company at all. The office manager( his mother) said she did not know what was going on. She is either complicit in his fraudulent business or incredibly naïve.
