It appears there has been a misunderstanding, as we have obtained the doctor's order directly from the patient's physician. We possess all the necessary documentation to support our actions. Our policy dictates that if a customer is dissatisfied with our product or has any complaints, we promptly issue return labels and notify ******** for a refund. We rendered services to Mr. ****** ******* on 06/13/2024 and sent the request to ******** for refund on 06/27/2024. Kindly ask Mr. ****** ******* to call ******** and inquire about his his reversed charges. His charges have been reversed and his refund has been processed with ********. Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

    Facts matter:

    1. As of 7/16/24 I have not received a return address label.

    2. As of 7/16/24 I have not received a return phone call when leaving message to call me on 7/9/24 and 7/11/24.

    3. My only Doctor has not written an RX for any such device.

******************************* records do not show any such visit or order for such a device.

In light of the obvious violations of **************** rules and regulations and fraudulent Doctor prescription information, I will be forwarding a compliant to ******** Fraud as well as the Texas Attorney general. I suspect this company as well as the shipping company in ******* are being operated out of ******

I was receiving calls trying to get me to agree to sending "free" items that the company said my doctor approved. This consisted of suspension sleeve for my arm, two braces for my knee, and a back brace, none of which I needed nor did my doctor order. My daughter-in-law even got on the phone when they kept calling trying to get me to repeat my name, date and "yes" to take the items. Even after saying no, the items arrived at my home and they billed ********* I filed a fraud claim with ******** and am warning other seniors of these tactics.
