      Came out and told us we had roaches or lizards. was definitely rats. we had scheduled visits and he only showed up for about 3 of them. put up peppermint oil and told us to contact him if we hear them again. we did and he ignored us. my fiance called him and asked him to come out and check again and he proceeded to ask for MORE money. (my fiance was very calm and respectful during this call and this man was screaming at him on the phone) told my fiance we are trying to get free services when the original service was never completed. proceeded to say one of our roommates signed a contract (after we told him nobody should sign it except my fiance and to wait for him to sign it) and when we asked to see this contract he said he didnt care (we still have not seen this supposed contract) and proceeded to hang up the phone. absolutely will not be recommending this service to anyone. as other reviews say, he is an extremely rude man and does not follow through with treatments. charge 650 dollars for a 5 dollar bottle of peppermint oil.

      Took our money and never completed the job. Came out fast, then each time took longer to get out for our problems until he just ignored my texts and calls. Gave a 1 year warranty and we still have dead rats stinking up the office. Replaced ceil tiles and was supposed to replace the insulation.....ghosted.

      Do not hire Kenneth to do any rodent removal. After 4 months, he has not been able to seal my house, and keep the rats out of my attic. I asked for 1/2 of my money back, and he said no. He made racial slurs to my contractor and threatened me over a text. I gave him 4 months to get it right, threatening me was the last straw. His contract says guaranteed, I called him the last time and said I have another dead rat, please come out and reseal the house. He accused me of being disrespectful. He just didn’t like what I told him, that I still had rats. I am out 800.00 and still have rats. I left 1 star because it would allow me to give him 0 stars.
