      I've have setup my bank to do online bill payment on monthly basic and they did a very good job at delivering the payment. However, recently I have unpaid bills from TNG Utility said that my bill is past due and charged me $10 for Delinquent Letter fee and $5.51 for Penalty Fee...what on earth is that? The problem is I have verified with the bank and they said the mail was delivered and the fund was already withdrawn from the account. I tried to call this business and never get a person to talk to ..also automatic answering machine and lead you no where.

      This is the way TX outsource to company and let them make residents miserable. I got enough and will be moving out of TX soon. Worst state ever that I have lived there...10 years.
