      I don't have a date of transaction. I have no emails showing that I made this listing on this website. I don't have the login information, although I have contacted this business several times via phone and email practically begging them to help me, however nothing has changed! I do not believe they acquired their information for my listing legally from me, but may have received it from some affiliate, I am not sure how they got the wrong information. Thus I feel it is fraudulant and must be removed! My business is an online ONLY business, the address they are showing for my business is a home address. This is causing great distress and putting me and my family at high risk from randome strangers driving by, knocking on my door and walking on my property thinking they can walk in and buy a puppy. ******************* must take responsibility and remove personal information from a business listing. I tried to contact them to take care of this simply via phone or email but they have not responded. I should charge for all the time and energy I have spent it trying to get a simple thing on their website updated and fixed!

      Please accept the below as User-Friendlys written response to the complaint. ******************* has received the complaint from ***** Schnauzers regarding a business listing appearing on the ************** website. Please note that this business did not contract with ******************* for any advertising or marketing services nor has the Company received any money from **************** for services. In addition to direct customers, the ************** website uses many third-party vendors to aggregate listings data on businesses across *****************. ******************* does not have any control over what business information is submitted by these third-party vendors for the business listings. While we can and have removed the business listing in question from ***** Schnauzer from the ************** website, if the listing is active with another one of these vendors, then the listing will continue to be re-activated when pushed to the ************** directory. In order to correct or remove the listing Taras Schnauzers must reach out to the third-party vendors to correct the issue (Yext or Neustar).

       

      Often, small businesses will purchase listings management as a service from a third party like HIBU or Thryv, who will then use Yext or ******* to manage business listings for that small business. Since the small business is not buying directly from **** or Neustar nor are they specifically building their own profile on business websites the small business might see their company in search results showing up on many business directories or websites and not realize or understand how that information ended up on these platforms.

       

      Please reach out to Yext or Neustar to rectify your business listing issue or any other business with whom you have contracted for listings management or business review services.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me, I would like to add that I did check the other companies stated by the response and non of them had my address, it was only ******************* and I see that it is now removed.
