      Worst water company, I mean worst utility company overall I have ever dealt with. I have had to change my password every time I log in, even after writing down my password every time. They do not communicate well at all, as a matter of fact they are horrible at communication and customer service. The people answering the phone are very rude and want to get you off the phone while being the least helpful person possible.
      Overall, horrible communication and customer service. Worst utility company I have ever dealt with, and the only one I have ever had issues like this with. It’s like you have to baby them just to get them to even take your money without miss billing.
