      Disposal breaker keeps tripping on a daily basis. It was worked on previously by IES,. Tech had replaced breakers and checked connections under the sink. Tech stated to me at that time if problem persist to replace the disposal. Well it seemed like the issue resolved and ,then the breaker would trip on a monthly then weekly basis. We just dealt with it and then replaced the disposal . Now the issue is worse where it trips on a daily basis multiple times, Neighbors indicated they had IES out several times for the exact issue. We are wondering if something is wrong with the house wiring or breaker panel having a short in it. We would like IES to come out and check the wiring under the sink at the outlets/switch and at the breaker panel at no cost.

      2/24/23 I agreed to have a solar system installed for $40k
      I did not get a site survey until mid March.
      At this point I ran into problems with the engineer designing the system. No one had told him anything about what sales and I agreed to verbally. Why? Because they insisted the details would be documented at the design review.
      He told me they couldn’t install the equipment in the garage due to law.
      Not true however, he kept insisting. Uhhg!!
      Finally they came to install. 1st it was insisted I was to dig the trench. I know we agreed they were going to do this but was forced into a change order to cover. (What else are you going to do at that point?)
      The subs followed no common sense and installing by the seat of thier pants. The used my tools and screws without asking l. Then they didn’t clean them after digging the trench.
      They asked for sheet of OSB that I didn’t know I was to supply. Did know what for at the time.
      Aside from looking horrible.
      The real concerns come in mounting equipment outside on untreated osb, not put conduit in ground at or below 18”, installing conduit the prevents latches from allowing the box to close, installing boxes to close to walls making difficult to open, not properly filling in the trench killing grass and creating deep holes were not fully filled, the list goes on.
      Amidst concerns the 1st day of install. I asked IES to send someone onsite while the subs finished the job the 2nd day. They asked me to direct the subs. Uhhg, I didn’t want a confrontation that is the Proj Mgr job, right? Plus the Electrician was in charge when it was convenient and not otherwise. 2nd he said the mess was what I agreed too. (I didn’t and he heard what he wanted.)
      In resolution after IES came out and said they would make it right.

      After 2 weeks they finally said we will fix but it is $11k co but would only charge $6k

      Please help them have common sense.
      Customer service they are not!!!
