      I purchased a belt, I received one that is too short, period. Throughout our email back and forth, which is unnecessary, they never once have apologized or acknowledged there is an issue. I simply want a return shipping label and a full refund. They keep asking me for pictures of this and that. The belt is not the size I ordered. However, every company makes mistakes once in a while but most reputable businesses will make things right and have decent Customer Service personnel and policies. I suspect this might company might not be operated by ********* and they will fight “to the death” rather than satisfy a customer and heaven forbid a refund.
      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
