      Charged my card for online order. When I arrived they did not have my order and I asked them to cancel it. The employee said he couldnt and his manager had to. Here we are 3 days later and order was never cancelled and they will not return my calls. I submitted a concern to the corporate office and got a form letter emailed to me saying sorry for customer service. They still owe me money for product I never received. Worst rub organization I have ever seen.
