    We contacted MyPakCargo and booked a cargo shipment from ******* to ********. The person we coordinated with picked up the packaged from our residence and sent us an invoice. Our shipment has not arrived to the delivery address yet and there is no tracking information available. We have attempted to contact the person we were coordinating with but he has been unresponsive. There is no response to any of the contacts on their website or ******** page. He is not responsive via email either. I did see some ** posts about this company and complaints from other customers that it's been a year since their package was "shipped" and no news yet. We paid $450 and wanted these items shipped to ********. I would like an update on our packages... have they even been shipped yet? If not, please give them back to us with a full refund. If the packages are lost, I'd like to be be compensated with a full refund and additional amount for value of products and the inconvenience. I also want to report that this company is a scam.
