    Had a tire blowout in front of ***'s. I pulled into the parking lot and spoke with the tech. They asked me to get back on beltline, drive(on my rim), and make 2 u turns to pull in. They refused to help me, 15 yards from the entrance of their front door. So I got the **** to do it myself. I put my spare on and decided to go but a tire else where. A hole new set, actually. Shame they treated me and my family when in need. I would have expected that from a large brand, but not a mom and pop.

    In resposed to the complaint, I am so sorry that the customer felt that we were obligated to do a service call, I explained to him that we are not insured to go out nor we have the man power for service's out of shop. We did the best to help him out and loan him the floor **** so he could **** the flat itire which he did and went on his way.. We are vey sorry to hear that he felt we should have done more.
