      I requested a copy of my medical records on 10/1/24 and payed over the phone per there process and have been calling, going up there in person, leaving messages with the staff, the supervisor, through ******** messenger and calling medical records directly and have been told the physician needs to sign off on the records. Its November ************************************* received a copy of my medical records which i need to file for my Va benefits.
