I have had a wonderful experience with **** and Naomi ******** They have been very professional, information was clearly presented along with options, and what was stated as their service is what was delivered. The owner has stated that service is key to their business meaning they want to provide what the customer would like. I am very pleased with the type of service and the quality of service provided.

Their cleaners are always on time, they are kind and considerate and aim to please. If there is any reason you're not satisfied with anything, they will comeback and take care of you for no charge. My bathrooms are always sparkling clean and smell great. They don't use harsh chemicals ever. My floors look great, even though I have pets. I would surely recommend them.Ruth & Naomi Co. LLC

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Ruth & Naomi cleaning company. I will include pictures of what was suppose to be a deep cleaning. We are left with excuses and dust and dirt still not cleaning.I 100% do not recommend this company. Save your time and money because they dont have any accountability. I sent the pictures of the work and explained how I was displeased and they went on to say that dust comes in from being outside to say that dust got on the floor boards and the ceiling fans in a matter of seconds is the craziest excuse for a poor job. I mentioned twice to this company wanted a deep cleaning and they followed up with saying they did a basic cleaning. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANIES POOR EXCUSE FOR EVEN A BASIC CLEAN ????Ruth & Naomi Co. LLC

As explained to you, the service you requested and paid for you received. From the photos you sent several hours after the job was completed. There may have been one area that was missed by myself. I would've gladly returned to correct anything that you were not pleased with but you were not willing to work with us only asking for a refund. We do not claim or advertise to be perfect far from it. We offer particular types of services and schedule complimentary walk-through visits to go over and explain what you are paying for and provided a price listing and an estimate in writing.
