      Quilting machine was given to Sew and Quilt Store for repair on 5/9/23 for repair of defect. I have called and been advised that they have checked the machine and found the problem. They apparently received the parts required and told me the cost but have not completed the repair. I have called them on several occasions and been advised that they will check the status and call back. They do not call back. I was advised today that a call would be returned in 30 minutes. That has been over two hours ago.This is an expensive machine purchased from them and I would like it repaired and returned as soon as possible. I do not consider eight months to be a resonable time to change a part.

      We are currently waiting on the manufacturer for a resolution to this issue.

      We have contacted the customer and we both agree we are needing a resolution to this issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: It has taken over 8 months to get this response. I will be seeking counsel for advise. The cost of the machine was over $5k and I have lost use of it for all this time.
