    I bought my 2021 Tradesman from Platinum Dodge during the Covid Era. When I purchased the truck, I wanted an upgraded radio, wheels/tires & folding mirrors. I asked about a spray in bedliner and running boards. I was told, due to *****, they did not have the personnel nor the inventory for any of my requests. I proceeded to purchase and have installed everything I wanted. Into a bout the 1 year of owning the truck, the ** Module started acting up. I was told, during the ***** era, the parts were less than adequate so this might happen again. If it did, just bring it back in and it would be corrected. Windshield wipers were not working correctly. I took the truck back in, they replaced the module, and everything was fine. About 1 year later, the ** module messed up again. I took it back; they replaced it, and I was back on the road.Last week, once again my wipers started messing up, so I took my truck back BUT, this time, I added an oil change to the list of things I needed. I left my truck for ****************************** that it was ready to pick up. The ** module was replaced BUT, this time, my auto folding mirrors no longer worked. I inquired if the oil had been changed and I was no, they forgot about that. When I asked what about my mirrors, I was told, THEY could not have done anything to make them stop working. I explained, they were working when I brought it in, and they are not working now so something is different. I asked them what can be done, and I was told, I could leave my truck for some time, at least 1 week, and they would look into it, but they couldn't promise anything. IF they did find something wrong, that due to them replacing this module, it would be free of charge to fix it. Otherwise, I would be **********, I bring my truck in to get something fixed and have an oil change and I take it home with something new broken and no oil change and a "I'm Sorry". NOT THE BEST SERVICE. Thanks **** (Service Advisor) for nothing.

    We bought a new truck April 22, 2024, and traded in our truck which we also bought from this dealership. The old truck (2019 Larime) had a service contract on it with some time left on the contract. The finance person said he would take care of submitting the paperwork to get us a refund. This is where it all went wrong. I trusted him. I left the old service contract with him, and he never submitted the request for a refund. Even after several text in which he replied to, thanks for the reminder, he still never sent it in. Calls to the finance department for Kian resulted in no call back or response. I resorted to a call to the salesperson, ***** who said he would check into the situation. Then no call back or help from him either. Very disappointed with this buying experience after the first time went so well. There are at least two individuals that cannot be trusted. We will not be back. I really hope senior management reads this. The need to know!

    My name is ***************************** On 11/18/22 started an repair order with this business to have some major repair work and was assured all work would be warranted after completed work was completed on12/16/22 and at that time was assured again all work was guaranteed and warranted before paying ****** total bill.there warranty consist of ******* miles or 3 years whichever came first so to move this story on transmission failed due to mechanic installing all my old parts back into it rather than the new parts they charged me for only found that out due to the failure i endured in ********************* so no big worry things fail due many reason since I am an retired mechanic so after no response for over 2 months about my vehicle and I wiil be responsible for the reapairs due to there lying and deceptive ways of doing business will be forced to seek litigation in this matter in the form of 5million for fraud and negligence as well as consumer fraud just want the public to BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST.

    The service department is a joke, you cant call them and ask for updates on repairs and they dont return calls.

Some of the changes we have made are increasing the number of employees we have in our service lane as well as call center and text messaging platform to communicate with guests.     Stay away from Platinum CDRJ. Almost every employee I came into contact with was incompetent. Vehicle was damaged three times by three different employees. The first was the salesman who decided to take my vehicle for a joy ride all over ******. The second was whoever they had repair hail damage. And the third was the delivery driver who denied causing the damage. Even the ** is refusing to acknowledge the $2,500 in damage. Looks like I'll have to file a lawsuit to get a response.
