      Upon calling u-rent-it in regards to a broken hydraulic line internally on the machine rented from U-rent-it, a representative/mechanic from the terrell location arrived on site to assess any repairs needed proceeded to badmouth my company to my customer and caused extreme damage to my customers property in the process of retrieving their unit. When I presented this issue to the owner of you rent it I was met with argumentative comments and continued badgering by staff in regards to equipment limits that had no correlation or relation to the wearable hydraulic line. They then proceeded to say that they were going to charge my company to clean the unit that they had drug sideways out of my customers yard causing it to compact mud in and around tracks and continued to idle the machine until they exhausted all my fuel that I had purchased and refilled just prior to the failure of a wearable part. Was unable to complete my customers job on time due to the lag and obvious and care for their customers and their projects for their customers. Owner and all staff at Terrel location were extremely badgering when asked simple questions for solutions and threats were made towards myself and my associate when we inquired to the credit of time that was pre-paid for the unit to complete my customers project. This not only displaces my customer but also my employees.

      Mr. ****** rented a piece of our equipment and used it for a job that was too big for the machine. Charges were in line with contract agreement. Detailed response letter, copy of contract and pictures are attached. Also included are service tech statement and call logs.

      Rented a backhoe from them one of the tires were in very poor condition so I took pictures of it the tire failed while using it they charged me to help replace the tire that was already wore out..they were supposed to pick up at 9 am on 10/03/2022 I called at 12pm and asked where they were Jessie an employee told me it was off rent and it would be picked up when they had a driver so they charged me another 100 for having until 4 pm! They are a very crooked company the manager which is the owners son is a crook and will take money from a renter with any chance he can do..renter be ware of this shady company the city of Terrell should be wary of this company

      On 10/08/22 the overage charge of 93.26 was refunded to the customer's card ending in 8816. Customer was charged for initial agreed rate only.

      All signed rental contracts affirm that the customer is aware that they are completely responsible for any tire damage on rented equipment.

      Review of photos did not indicate need to replace tires only that they were in used condition as expected. We did pay half of the $150 charge for service call/tire repair in order to work with the customer.
