    Purchased a silver ***** ******* coin on 10/28/2023. Never heard anything until I got an email in 11/10/2023 asking me to review my purchase, which I had not received. It is now 12/13/2023 and I have not heard a word from them. Not an apology. Nothing about it being delayed. Nothing. As of today it still shows in stock on their website but I can assure you, they are not in stock. Beware of this fraudulent company.

    A Marketing campaign in late October through the middle of November was 8 X what was expected. We did indeed experience shipping delays beyond our normal window. Every effort, with phone and email contact was used to contact every purchaser to advise of the delay and offer a refund if they did not want to wait. At the time of this writing. Only 5 have requested a refund. The remaining will be shipped by the end of next week. GMR Gold has apologized for the inconvenience and offered cheerful refunds to every purchaser that chose not to wait for delivery. This client selected a button on the web store that read, "pre-order". Product is either available for sale or not available for sale. Which translates into In-stock, or out of stock. We are not out of stock. It is a custom order that receive 500 at a time. At the end of next week. Every client will be delivered and the coin will still be available for purchase and so noted as "in-stock". Doug ****** - President/CEO, GMR Gold.
