    Tracy J**** the owner of the company of Tru-Science Pest Control in Spring Texas/The Woodlands Texas. Said that he would come to my home weekly to service for Mice and he failed horribly at the job.we signed a contract with him in November 2022 and we paid him $1200 already he wants the rest of the money we still owe him $500 but I don’t want to pay him until he gets rid of the mice and Rats. He promised to come check for rodents weekly until our issue is resolved . It is March 2023 and we still have mice and baby mice he has yet to rid my home of the mice as he promised. We feel like I have to hire another company and pay them the remaining $500 because he is not doing what he said. We paid him A lot of Bucks already he ignores our calls we still have rats and mice. we can only make payments when he sends invoices. We have yet to receive an invoice. He is so lazy. We called and called to get him to come out and he is ignoring our efforts. I have asked him to put out rat poison and he said that he does not keep any on him and he did not want to put any out when asked. I have been using sticky glue traps and I have caught at least 20 mice when he only catches 1-3 at a time. He even told me that he was feeding the rats. I am very disappointed with the services he offered I feel like he ripped me and my family off. I would not recommend him to anyone ever.

    Mrs Felicia ******* is upset because
    TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control indicated that it would take her and her husband to court for an unpaid balance of $510.08. Gregory and Felicia Verrett was given 4 months to pay their balance of $510.08, since they fell behind financially. The ********’ payment promises were never kept. TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control was accommodating with their financial situation and demonstrated patience throughout. The Verretts had never contacted TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control in regards to new rodent issues and had posted a 5 star review on Angi.com. Following TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control’s contact with the Verretts for a none payment after being delinquent for 40 days, Mrs ******* posted this review/complaint. Simply, the ******** are retaliating because of the balance of $510.08 that TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control will not ignore. If the Verretts have a legitimate concern for new rodent activity, they can simply contact us, schedule an appointment and pay their balance. Lastly, Mrs ********* new recollection of the services provided by TRU-Science Pest Control is strictly designed to conveniently fit her narrative and attempt to damage TRU-Science Termite & Pest Control’s reputation unfairly.
