    I tried their software, which came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. On their portal, there’s a prominent button labeled “Cancel Auto-Renewal,” but it only applies to the next year’s payment, not to ending the trial itself. This is misleading, as the website emphasizes this button without clarifying that it doesn’t cancel the free trial. I received no confirmation of my trial ending, so I had to reach out to their support team to clarify.
    During my call, I also asked if I could switch to a monthly payment option instead of being billed for a full year, as the website lists pricing on a monthly basis (though billed annually). The support team informed me they only offer annual billing. Overall, I feel the company is misleading customers by not providing clear trial cancellation options and by advertising a monthly price without actually offering a monthly billing option. This has made me feel forced into a full-year commitment.

    Please check your systeme record, I try to Disable the auto Renewal from your website for around 27 days. However, there is no confirmation of that. I only use it for a trail and I am looking for a refund or call my credit card company to report. You can not force me to purchase your software.

    We offer a 7 day free trial and our system is showing that you bought the subscription on 9/9/2024, the day after the trial expired. Our system shows that you turned off auto renew on Oct 7th. We are unable to refund your order because it is outside our 30-day refund policy.
