    DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOLF CART TO GOLF CARTS of TOMBALL FOR REPAIR!
    This business picked up and delivered my cart for $125.00. I was willing to pay this amount to have my cart repaired and running when it was delivered, and it was almost,,,but a golf cart has an indicator on the dash that shows the battery charge declining as it is run. Diminished power is indicated by a flashing red line. This line was flashing when it was delivered, and even after it had been fully charged overnight. It is critical that you keep check on how much charge is on the batteries so as not to be stranded and needing a tow. When I called the shop to tell them that I the cart was not indicating a full charge, their response was that I should have told them that when it was brought in. I could not have KNOWN that until the battery charger and batteries had been checked out and a battery cable on one of the batteries replaced, Neither the mechanic nor the man who loaded it on the carrier noticed the flashing red light!! Since I had already paid $270.63, I was reluctant to have them fix what was not fixed initially, but when I was told there would be another transport charge of $125.00 I hit the ceiling! I have had my cart repaired several times at various places over the last 12 years and have never experienced anything like this! Let’s not blame this experience on COVID or the bad economy. It’s poor service at best and not taking responsibility to stand behind your service at least.
    FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE YOUR GOLF CART REPAIRED.
