    Very frustrated. Have been using them since my house was built & generator installed in January 2020. I do the yearly checks & maintenance. Last may my generator started backfiring causing lights to flicker constantly. They replaced spark plugs & said we needed to get gas company to replace fuel regulator. Thought it was fixed. Found out in may 2024 it isn’t. They have been working on it since may 15. They have been out there with gas company & admit it’s not on the gas side; it’s something with the generator. I try calling to get on the schedule. I’m basically told I’m not a priority. They keep putting me off & never call me back. During recent hurricane I couldn’t turn my generator on because I’m afraid I’ll burn it up because it’s not working properly. I was without electricity for 5 days. When do i become a priority. If you can’t fix it you need to replace it.
